Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal Online
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The recommended way to exercise your right of withdrawal is through our electronic withdrawal function:

After submitting your request, you will receive electronic confirmation and, where a physical return is required, we will provide the correct authorised return address and return instructions.
Please do not return products to our business address.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you or the designated third party take possession of the last item.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
The reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has expressly been agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Returning Products
If goods have to be returned, they must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

Disanvita products are handled through different authorised fulfilment locations. After your withdrawal request has been received, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions for the product concerned.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please package returned goods adequately for transport.
Sealed Supplements
For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once the seal has been removed after delivery, where the legal conditions for this exception are met.
Therefore, if you intend to return a sealed supplement under the statutory right of withdrawal, please do not remove, break or otherwise compromise its original seal.
This does not affect your statutory rights concerning goods that were already defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied when delivered.
Loss of Value
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where such handling causes a loss of value, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by law.
